Finals

The Herbert-Dröse-Stadion in Hanau-Wilhelmsbad have seen a lot of great football-games. For many years it have been the home of the Hanau Hawks, which celebrates their biggest successes here. Today the Hanau Hornets are playing here. The Hornets, unbeaten Champion of the Regional-Liga 2002, are playing 2003 in the 2. League of Germany.

Also many great Finals haven taken Place here. The German Bowl 1994 was hosted in the Herbert-Dröse-Stadium. One year later the Ladies Bowl was organized in Hanau. In 1999 and 2000 the Youth Final "Junior Bowl" was played at same place. But also International Finals comes to Hanau. In 1997 the Hanau Hawks won the EFAF-Bowl against the Graz Giants. And the German Nationalteam have his finest Hour here. In 2001 they win their first European Championship in this Stadium

The Herbert-Dröse-Stadium was build for nearly 13.000 Spectators with 870 seats on the reconsidered main platform. The Counter Platform with 5.000 Standing rooms provides a good view over the Stadium area. The legendary Party-Area in front of the Counter Platform is one of the most pleasant places before, during and especially after the game.

The Stadium is easy to reach with car and train. The Railwaystation Wilhelmsbad is drectly in front of the Stadium. From Highway A666 you can reach the Stadium fast and directly.

The Stadium is surrounded by Wood. In only 200m distance is the Castle Wilhelmsbad with a romantic Park, Minigolf and a 'Biergarten'.

Stadium Berliner Strasse, Wiesbaden

Semi-Finals

American Football is nothing new at the Stadium Berliner Strasse. The Wiesbaden Phantoms play since 1984 their most important home games here. One of these games is always the derby game against the Mainz Golden Eagles. For many Years the Phantoms have played 2. League in Germany. After a 11-2 Season in the Regionalliga the Phamtons missed 2. League short. But 2. League will be the target for 2003.

The Stadium for 11498 spectators have a reconsiderd Main Platform (525 seats) and 1720 seats at the Counter Platform. Besides that there are more than 9000 standing rooms with a good view to the gamefield.

Placed near the Main Railwaystation of Wiesbaden you can take a little Walk through the Parks and down the 'Wilhelmstrasse' to the centrum of Wiesbaden, where you will find the famous 'Game Casino'.

Because of its place at the central traffic roads of Wiesbaden the Stadium can be reached quick.
